Henry Daubney, 1st Earl of Bridgewater

Henry Daubeney, 1st Earl of Bridgewater (Dec 1493 – 8 April 1548) was an English peer and member of the House of Lords.

He was the son of Sir Giles Daubeney (d.1508) and Elizabeth, the daughter of Sir John Arundell of Lanherne. He was created earl of Bridgewater on 19 July 1538.

He married firstly, Elizabeth Neville, the daughter of George Neville, Lord Abergavenny, and secondly Katherine Howard (d.1554), the daughter of Thomas Howard, 2nd Duke of Norfolk by his second wife, Agnes Tilney (d. 1545). There were no issue of either marriage. At his death the Barony of Daubeney and the Earldom of Bridgewater became extinct.[1]
